What data we process
You can visit this website without giving us any personal data. We only process data you provide yourself when you email or call us, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your question.
In addition, our web server keeps log files for technical and security reasons, including your IP address, the time and the page requested. We use them only to keep the website secure and working properly.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your question and preparing a proposal or quote. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Securing and maintaining the website. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations, such as the accounting retention requirements if you become a client (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received it. Messages about an enquiry that does not lead to a collaboration are deleted once they are no longer needed. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, is kept for as long as the law requires. Server log files are deleted automatically after a short period.
Who we share data with
We only share your data with service providers who help us run this website and our email, such as our hosting and email partners. They act as processors and may only use your data in line with our instructions. Your data stays within the European Economic Area wherever possible. If it is transferred outside it, we put appropriate safeguards in place.
Cookies
This website places no cookies and does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking services. The font is also served from our own server, so no data is passed to third parties when you visit. That is why we do not ask for your consent through a cookie banner.
